Easy Indian Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
500 gm potatoes
4 tbsp butter
2 tbsp cream
4-tbsp chopped coriander leaves
1 tsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Method
Boil the potatoes in a pressure cooker till one whistle. Remove from the flame and let the pressure subside. Open and check if they are tender. Drain the water.
Peel and mash while still hot. Mash them very smoothly and add butter, salt, pepper, cream, lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves.
Mix well and serve with Chicken Chic, molded in small shapes with the help of small plastic moulds or katoris (cups).
Garnish with a sprig of coriander on each mound of mashed potato.
You can serve fresh dinner rolls with the dishes.
