Spicy Potatoes

Ingredients
500 gm baby potatoes
4 tbsp oil
1 tsp jeera (cumin)
1 tsp chilli powder
2 green chillies, chopped finely
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp roasted cumin powder
2 tsp coriander powder
1\2 tsp lemon juice
A pinch of asafoetida (saunf)
Chopped coriander leaves
Salt to taste
Method
Boil the potatoes. Peal and prick them with a fork. Heat oil in a pan. Add the asafetida and when you start getting the aroma put the jeera. When the jeera starts popping add the potatoes. Now add all the masalas and mix well. Serve hot after adding the lemon juice and the chopped coriander.
