12-15 baby potatoes or 6-7 large ones
6 hard boiled eggs
½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup sour cream (or fresh curd if you have no cream)
½ cup fresh spinach, finely chopped
½ cup finely chopped celery (fresh coriander is an acceptable substitute)
1 tsp Soya sauce (optional)

Ingredients
10 egg yolks
2 cups thick coconut milk
1 ½ cups flour
2 ½ cups sugar
¾ cup ghee
10 cloves (powdered)
Pinch of salt
