500 gm pork (lean, tender)
2 white radish (sliced long)
2 tbsp vinegar
1 onion (sliced thin)
4 cloves garlic flakes
1 inch ginger
1 tsp dhania (coriander) seeds
¾ tsp jeera (cumin) seeds
6 peppercorns
4 dry red chillies
2 green chillies
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
4 cloves
2 inch cinnamon stick
1 tsp salt
½ tsp sugar
2 tbsp oil
1 ¾ cup water
