Ingredients

500 gm baby potatoes
4 tbsp oil
1 tsp jeera (cumin)
1 tsp chilli powder
2 green chillies, chopped finely
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp roasted cumin powder
2 tsp coriander powder
1\2 tsp lemon juice
A pinch of asafoetida (saunf)

1 1/4 cup rice
1 cup toddy
1 coconut (grated)
4 tbsp sugar
1/2 tbsp salt
